About this drink

Once offered to the Baekje royal court, this rice wine is famously smooth — nicknamed the 'sit-down wine' for how easily it goes down before its deep, sweet finish catches up with you. Wild chrysanthemum, soybean, and ginger are added during a fermentation lasting nearly 100 days, giving it a faint herbal aroma.
