The brewery's story
Kwangjuyo, a ceramics maker with more than 40 years of history, founded this distillery to elevate the standing of Korean distilled spirits. It recreates the principles of the traditional sojugori (soju still) with modern equipment, and pairs its spirits with ceramic cups of its own making.
