Yeokjeonju
A 9% makgeolli brewed from Korean non-glutinous rice.

About this drink
Yeokjeonju is a private brand planned in-house by Yeokjeon Hoegwan and produced in small batches by traditional methods. Brewed only from 100% Korean rice and glutinous rice, nuruk and water, then fermented and aged at low temperature, it is characterized by rice's own gentle sweetness and acidity. With no artificial sweeteners or additives, it goes through about 100 days of natural fermentation and low-temperature aging, fully capturing the season's temperature and the flavor of the rice. At 9% alcohol it is good with food, and it is known for going down smoothly.
